As we enter a new year, it is good to take stock of where we are, and where we want to be. It doesn’t mean stop doing loads of things. The best thing to do is add a few new manageable sustaining habits to what we are already doing well. Pick a few of the following:
Don’t try and do everything, don’t boil the ocean as it won’t be sustainable. Pick 1-3 things that you think will have the biggest impact for you and do them well, and they will become sustainable habits that will cause continued improvement in your health, wellbeing and happiness.
